Gifts of Property

Donating gifts of real estate or tangible personal property to MDC Foundation, on behalf of Miami Dade College, can benefit you while also supporting our work. Land, buildings, and homes may be donated with tax benefits. Gifts of tangible personal property, such as artwork, antiques, or other physical property are also welcome contributions. Artwork may be sold or added to existing MDC collections.
